Terms and Conditions

1. Quotes

• Quotes are free and based on the information and photos you give us or what we see on a site visit.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless we tell you otherwise.
• If the work turns out to be materially different from what was quoted, we'll talk to you and agree any change before carrying on.

2. Booking and access

• Please make sure we can reach the areas being cleaned on the day, including clear driveways, side gates and space for our van and equipment.
• We need access to an outside tap or water supply for most jobs. Please tell us in advance if this isn't available.
• Please move vehicles, plant pots, furniture and anything fragile away from the work area before we arrive.

3. Weather and rescheduling

• Exterior work depends on the weather. If rain, frost or high winds make a job unsafe or likely to give a poor result, we'll rearrange it with you at no cost.
• If you need to change your booking, please give us as much notice as you can so we can offer the slot to someone else.

4. Existing condition of surfaces

• Cleaning can reveal existing damage that was hidden by dirt, moss or algae, such as cracked or slipped tiles, loose render, worn pointing, or crumbling blocks. We aren't responsible for damage that existed before we started.
• We'll point out anything we notice before or during the job.
• Some stains, such as old oil, rust or tyre marks, may fade rather than disappear completely. We'll tell you what to expect before we start.

5. Treatments and regrowth

• Moss, algae and lichen are natural and will return over time. Biocide treatments slow regrowth but can't stop it permanently.
• Some treatments, such as those for black spot lichen, keep working for several weeks after we leave, so final results build over time.

6. Payment

• Payment is due on completion of the work unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.
• We accept bank transfer and card. We'll send you an invoice or receipt for every job.

7. Our promise and complaints

• We check the results with you before we pack up. If you're not happy with any part of the work, tell us on the day or as soon as possible afterwards and we'll come back to put it right.
• Our money back guarantee applies as described on our service pages.

8. Liability and insurance

• We carry public liability insurance. If we damage your property through our own negligence, we'll put it right or cover the reasonable cost of repair.
• Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Your personal information

• We handle your details in line with our Privacy Policy.
